The Internet and Technology Company Sector 3, owned by the Local Council of Sector 3, is preparing a warehouse with the archive function to be built on a plot of land with an area of 15,000 sqm in Popești-Leordeni, located 200 meters from the complex residential Confort City, developed by the Negoiță family of the mayor of Sector 3. The value of this investment is estimated at over EUR 8.8 million.
The city hall’s plan is to build a single-story hall here, with a built-up area of 5,905 sqm and an unfolded area of 6,256 sqm. The storage facility would include 12 storage rooms, study rooms, a public reception and related spaces. Technical spaces, an extension of the reading room, several staff laboratories and other related rooms are proposed on the first floor. The main destination of the building will be the archive for the documents of the Sector 3 administration.
