Businessman Dan Nicorescu is preparing the construction of an apartment block with 6 floors and 70 apartments in the Dristor area of Bucharest. In parallel, he is working on two residential projects in the north of the capital and on 3 photovoltaic parks in Dâmbovița.
Nicorescu owns a 1,600 sqm plot of land in the Dristor area, on which a block with an area of about 5,600 sqm is to be built. The building also has two basements reserved for 70 parking spaces.
“Depending on the economic and social conditions, I estimate the start of the investment during the year 2023. It depends on the bank interest for customers and the war in Ukraine, which influences real estate demand and supply,” said Dan Nicorescu. He estimates the investment in this real estate project at approximately EUR 16 million.
