Passerinvest Group, has started construction of a new tennis facility for the LTC 1927 Tennis Club Prague – Michle, which will be located on Pekárenská Street in Michle, Prague. It will include 8 courts with a superior clubhouse including facilities for players and administrators. A parking lot for visitors and modern technical facilities for maintenance are also planned. The construction is scheduled to be completed in December this year and the facility will be opened to the public in spring 2024. The owner and manager of the facility will be the LTC Praha – Michle Tennis Club, z.s.
“We are very happy that the plan of the new tennis facility has been realized. After 50 years of operating in the area located at the intersection of Vyskočilova and Michelská streets, we are beginning a new stage of our club’s existence. We are looking forward to welcoming existing and new members, as well as young people and other tennis enthusiasts from the public in a representative environment next spring,” comments Milan Novák, Chairman of TK LTC Praha – Michle, z.s.

The area of the existing tennis courts, which no longer suited its location for further development and modernisation of the tennis club, will be used as part of the planned project of Koncern Passerinvest, which will offer civic amenities, housing and offices.

“When the opportunity arose in 2015 to purchase the former Michel Bakeries car park, we did not hesitate to make an offer to the LTC Tennis Club, which the membership gladly accepted. It is therefore a pleasure to be able to work towards a common goal – to build a facility that will benefit its members and the public alike. We always sincerely welcome any opportunities to expand sporting, leisure and cultural activities in and around Brumlovka. This is a development that is in line with our long term plan to comprehensively develop the whole area to offer a balanced range of amenities, housing, offices and leisure opportunities. This is the only way to create a pleasant and sought-after urban district,” comments Martin Unger, Technical Director of Passerinvest Group, a.s.
