Developer and investor CTP is entering the decisive phase of the first phase of CTPark Sulechów, an investment enabling a wide range of warehouse and production operations. The new facility, located in the Lubuskie region, will deliver more than 81,000 sqm of leasable space to the market in the first phase.
“In the second quarter of this year we will deliver the first of two buildings of CTPark Sulechów, strengthening our presence in the Polish warehouse and industrial market. With this project, we are responding to the needs of tenants looking for space with high technical parameters. This is important from the point of view of the fluidity of ongoing operations and the quality of production and logistics operations. Because of our business model, which assumes that we are an ‘asset holder’ we build our properties paying special attention to the quality of materials, so that the completed facilities can serve our tenants in consistent condition for many years. This approach also applies to our park in Sulechów,” explains Piotr Flugel, Country Construction Director & COO at CTP Poland.
CTPark Sulechów is a response to the growing trend of supply chain automation. The design of the warehouse park includes a system of self-reading license plates, which speeds up the movement of cars on the investment site. In order to increase the quality of work and care for access to green energy, the warehouse and production halls have been illuminated with daylight – in the dock area at a level of 8%, and the roofs of the buildings have been adapted for photovoltaic installations. The pro-environmental parameters of CTPark Sulechów will be confirmed by a certificate in the BREEAM system.
The investment, located near the A2 highway and the S3 expressway, will eventually consist of two buildings. The company’s plans call for the entire complex to total more than 93,400 sqm.
CTPark Sulechów is the developer’s second investment in Lubuskie. Also under construction is CTPark Ilowa, a complex of three buildings with a total area of 170,000 sqm GLA.
