HOUSING SALES
In 2022. The Murapol Group sold (development and preliminary contracts) 2,783 residential units to retail clients, which is an excellent result against the industry, and above all demonstrates the Group’s sustainable growth and its resilience to economic turbulence – a repeat of the result from 2021, an economically stable year (as the change is only -0.9%). The result shows that the Murapol Group’s business model and product offer – aimed at the widest market segment and affordable – are exceptionally resilient to the crisis compared to the market.
PRS SEGMENT
Murapol Group continues its cooperation with its leading global investor ARES Fund in the complementary PRS sector, to which it sold 664 units in the design&build formula in 2022.

Between January and December 2022, the Murapol Group handed over the keys to 3,341 residential units, including 2,653 for retail clients and 688 for PRS.
LAUNCHES
In the past year, Murapol CG introduced 2,631 residential units to its offer. Apartments offered in 7 new residential projects in Gdansk, Wroclaw, Lodz, Poznan and Tychy, as well as in further phases of real estate projects already under construction, including those in Warsaw, Poznan, Krakow, Torun and Bydgoszcz, went on sale.
NUMBER OF APARTMENTS UNDER CONSTRUCTION
As of December 31, 2022, the Murapol Group’s portfolio of projects under construction included 6,212 units in 62 buildings under construction as part of 19 projects in 10 Polish cities, including 1,699 units for the PRS/BPSA segment.
EARTH BANK
At the end of 2022. Murapol Group had an active land bank for the construction of nearly 19.3 thousand units, which can be divided according to two categories – the criterion of ownership and investment stage:
– nearly 8 thousand units will be built on land owned or held in perpetual usufruct by the Group, and more than 11.3 thousand units on land covered by conditional preliminary agreements,
– more than 4.9 thousand units are under construction and nearly 14.4 thousand units in the pipeline.

Of the 19,300 units included in the active land bank as of December 31, 2022, about 17,000 units are dedicated to retail customers, while about 2,300 units are dedicated to the PRS segment under the design&build formula.

In the beginning of the year, we plan to put more apartments at our customers’ disposal, both in new projects and in the next stages of projects already underway,” Nikodem Iskra adds.
In nearly 22 years of operation, the Murapol CG has completed 78 multi-stage investments, as part of which 380 buildings were constructed, covering a total of more than 24.7 thousand premises with a total usable area of more than 1.1 million sqm.
