Accolade Group, which invests in premium industrial and logistics properties, has expanded its team. Jarek Wnuk, who has been involved in the in the commercial real estate sector, has become the new managing director for Poland. He previously worked for an international real estate agency and global investment and development companies.
“I have been observing Accolade’s success in building a portfolio of modern industrial and logistics parks for a long time. In terms of warehouse infrastructure, the Polish market is one of the fastest growing in Europe. I consider strengthening and developing Accolade’s position in this market as an exciting challenge that I am very much looking forward to,” said Jarek Wnuk, who as managing director for Poland will be responsible for Accolade’s operations in Poland and the development of its project portfolio.
“From a strategic point of view, Poland is a very important market with huge potential, and I believe that Jarek’s rich experience in the commercial real estate sector will be of great value to us,” noted Accolade Group CEO Milan Kratina.
Accolade owns 26 logistics parks in Poland, with a total leasable area approaching 1.5 million sqm. The group has invested more than one billion euros in Poland to date and plans to invest another half a million.
Prior to joining Accolade, Jarek Wnuk was CEO and board member at private equity firm Bluehouse Capital. Prior to that, he held senior management positions at logistics and real estate companies Goodman and King Sturge. Jarek Wnuk graduated from the Faculty of Finance and Banking at the Warsaw School of Economics and completed his studies at the College of Estate Management in Reading.
