STRATEGIS AG reinforces senior management team and expands its nationwide advisory business

12 December 2022

STRATEGIS AG is reinforcing its senior management team. At the same time, the Berlin-based company is expanding its nationwide advisory business. To this end, STRATEGIS will employ the expertise it gained during over 20 years of activity in its three mutually complementing business divisions. Given the recently changed market situation, the idea is to examine options and opportunities before offering field-tested solutions. In the year ahead, the residential property experts of STRATEGIS will shift the focus of their business activities, aside from the continued development of their administrative mandates, to the provision of expert advice to property asset holders and property developers, as well as to the concept design of products that include directly integrated sales and management solutions.

Angelika Gloy (59) was appointed to the management board. In her new role, she will be responsible for the areas of property management and organisational development across all business units. Angelika Gloy has been with the company since 2012, having previously worked for the HIH Group and Patrizia AG.

In a parallel move, Stefan Prill (39) was appointed authorised signatory. He has been with STRATEGIS since 2008, and has served as team head of lettings since 2018. Today, he is in charge of top-level key account management tasks in addition to the Lettings unit.

This brings the total number of management board members up to five. Aside from the latest appointees, these include Sascha Nöske (51) and Michael Elst (46) along with authorised signatory Thomas von Münster (43).

Board member Michael Elst commented: “The situation on the real estate market underwent significant changes in 2022. We have noted that these changes have prompted a serious need for expert advice, and we are on hand with our experienced team to provide operational and field-tested solutions. With our reinforced leadership team, we are now optimally set up for the job.”

Sascha Nöske, the company’s CEO, added: “We were able to fill both of these new positions with individuals who have been with the company for a long time and who bring plenty of experience to their new jobs. Both have been instrumental for the success of STRATEGIS so far.”

Angelika Gloy said: “I am grateful for the faith shown in me and for the appointment to the management board. I look forward to the task of helping to take STRATEGIS into an exciting future, that will be defined by professionally challenging parameters.”

Meanwhile, the distribution of responsibilities across the existing senior management positions at STRATEGIS remains in place: Founding partner and CEO Sascha Nöske is in charge of the RE Invest division, which includes global sales and transaction advisory, and of the cross-divisional theme of digitisation.

Partner and board member Michael Elst heads the RE Sales division, including individual single-property sales and product design, while also being responsible for the cross-divisional theme of corporate communications. Authorised signatory Thomas von Münster controls the Private Investments and Foreign Sales units, and is responsible for business development across divisions.
