Investment projects in solar panels of less than 50 kW will no longer need approval, but only the notification to the authorities, and maximum deadlines for issuing authorizations will also be introduced, are the proposals from a European directive that will be voted in the European Parliament in December.
“We introduced some measures in the renewables file. All photovoltaic panel projects below 50 kW no longer require approval, but only notification to the authorities. The deadline for all administrative approvals is a maximum of 9 months for solar projects. Another element is tacit approval, so that there is no administrative barrier,” said Dan Nica, MEP.
