HIH Invest expands institutional client business

HIH Invest Real Estate (HIH Invest) continues to expand its institutional client business. In terms of personnel, Jan von Graffen and Daniel Gutschka have been strengthening the Capital Management division as new Directors since October, which is responsible for customer service for savings banks, regional banks, insurance companies, pension funds and pension funds.

Jan von Graffen (46) moves from BF.capital GmbH, a subsidiary of BF.direkt AG. At the investment manager for real estate debt products, he served as managing director. Prior to that, the MBA and Certified International Investment Analyst was in charge of the central fixed income/cash division at Alte Leipziger Lebensversicherung a.G., where he was responsible for the fixed income portfolio of the insurance group companies.

Daniel Gutschka (47) was previously General Representative of Eulenburg Invest GmbH in Hamburg. There he was responsible for business with institutional investors from Germany and Austria in the asset classes real estate and renewable energies/infrastructure. Earlier professional stations included First Private Investment Management KAG mbH as well as various banks in Frankfurt and Hanover, for which he worked in leading institutional sales functions.

We use the ongoing feedback from client meetings to take on board suggestions for new, attractive investment opportunities and to drive forward the diversification of our product range. This year, for example, we expanded our product offering to include the asset classes of renewable energy and real estate debt.”
