The number of new residential buildings in Bulgaria whose construction was completed in the Q3 2022 jumped by 53 percent to 1,316, according to the National Statistical Office.
The total usable space of newly built dwellings in the third quarter rose by 48 percent to 548,900 sqm.The highest number of residential buildings, 196, was completed in the city of Plovdiv, followed by the Black Sea city of Burgas, with 141 buildings.Houses represented 79 percent of all new residential buildings completed in the third quarter, while apartment buildings accounted for 15 percent.
