CTP Poland has signed an agreement with a new tenant, Hermes Group. The company, which offers transportation services, order fulfillment and courier delivery, has leased 40,000 sqm, i.e., all of one building at CTPark Ilowa, where it will process returns for OTTO Group’s e-commerce companies. It plans to start operations in the first half of 2023.
“The conclusion of the lease agreement with Hermes at CTPark Ilowa is not only great news for CTP, but also for the surrounding community. This is because it means about 1,000 stable jobs for residents of the Lubuskie region. Part of our strategy as a developer and owner of warehouse and production parks, which, importantly, we implement with respect for the principles of sustainable development, is to invest in new regions where we see potential. In this way we not only grow business, but also contribute to the development of these regions, as in the case of Ilowa,” explains Bogi Gabrovic, CFO at CTP Poland.
Negotiations are underway with potential tenants interested in the remaining space at CTPark Ilowa, an investment that, in addition to the space leased by Hermes Group, consists of two other buildings of 110,000 sqm GLA and 20,000 sqm GLA.
