CTP has signed a new partnership with Kuehne+Nagel to develop a regional distribution center of 50,000 sqm that will serve Romanian, Bulgarian and Greek markets.
“Romania has a major development potential in the operational and logistical sector at regional level, and this partnership confirms the trend and evolution of CTPark Bucharest West as a regional distribution hub, along with all the parks in our portfolio. This partnership, which has given our client the opportunity to triple the area already occupied in the park, confirms once again that our constant investment plan creates opportunities and offers our customers flexibility and solutions tailored to their business needs, whether they are developments in the local market or in the region,” declared Ana Dumitrache, Country Head, CTP Romania.
Launching in 2023, the partnership with Pepco entails warehousing and automation services for the end-to-end distribution for Romania, Bulgaria and Greece with over 50.000 sqm of warehouse space. The site will employ over 250 people and the day-to-day operations will be assisted by a top of the line pusher sorter.
