Novum Business Invest sold 60 percent of first phase of Novum 56 in pre-sales. The compound is located in Bulevardul Timișoara 56. From 286 available units of first phase, 172 are sold from pre-sales process.
Novum 56 is built in two main phases, and the first phase has a deadline for completion in T2 of 2023. The first phase will include a total of 704 apartments, of which 165 are studios, 396 are two-room apartments and 143 are three-room apartments, and a number of 867 parking spaces. The prices in Novum 56 start at EUR 57,900 for studios, EUR 79,900 for two-room apartments and EUR 109,900 for three-room apartments, plus VAT. The entire project will offer its community a large park, dedicated to them, located right in front of the residential compound.
Recently, the developer of Novum 56 launched a system of equal payments, for a period of 10 to 12 years, in order to support those who want to buy an apartment and need an accessible alternative for mortgage contracts.
