One United Properties obtained the building permit for One High District, a large-scale premium development with more than 700 housing units, with a gross building area aboveground of approximately 92,000 sqm and 16,000 sqm underground. The Gross Development Value (GDV) for One High District is EUR 154.2 million, and delivery is estimated for the end of 2025.
One High District is a community-based real estate concept, offering residents more than just a living space. The development totals 786 apartments spread over three towers, 28 commercial spaces and no less than 1,134 parking spaces, all making up a premium private complex. Located in the Floreasca-Barbu Vacarescu area, on a plot of approximately 25,000 sqm, of which more than 30 percent are green areas, the development offers future residents a modern, sustainable urban lifestyle, with contemporary design apartments.
“One High District completes the large-scale development portfolio of One United Properties, shaping up as a complex of the future located in a very desirable area of Bucharest that is well connected to the most important points of interest of the city, as well as to the A3 highway. With this real estate concept, we intend to offer residents a modern and sustainable living experience, at superior quality standards, as part of the One community. More importantly, One High District is one of the first developments in Romania that will benefit from geothermal heat pumps, offering its inhabitants an innovative and predictable energy source. The sales for this mixed-use development have already been launched, and the options to access the units are flexible, from full payment in advance, to five equal instalments or a 30 percent advance and 70 percent upon delivery”, says Beatrice Dumitrașcu, CEO Residential Division One United Properties.
At One High District, the clients have access to various residential units, starting with studios and one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units as well as duplex penthouses.
