According to the most recent information provided by the firm, the portfolio of the Romanian logistics space developer WDP is worth more than EUR 1 billion. Locally, WDP maintains a portfolio of 64 rental projects totaling 1.44 million square meters in size, and it also owns over 6.5 million square meters of land.
The developer purchased another 75,000 square meters of property in four sites in the third quarter of this year after purchasing a 65,000 square meter parcel of land in the Popești-Leordeni neighborhood for a new logistics project in the summer. These lands have a EUR 15 million investment.
In the first nine months of this year, WDP delivered warehouses of over 100,000 sqm and has several warehouses under development with an area of over 100,000 sqm.
