Dariusz Proniewicz will join MDC2 in January 2023 and will assume the position of Director of BTS Project Development. In his new role, he will be responsible for the acquisition, development and leasing of bespoke warehouse and logistics projects for specific tenants.
Dariusz has over 18 years of experience in warehouse and logistics real estate projects in Poland, having worked for Prologis, Goodman (GLP) and Panattoni, among others. He has completed lease transactions totaling nearly 900,000 sqm and participated in the in transactions involving the purchase of a total of 300 hectares of land. He has worked with clients such as Action, Knorr-Bremse, Amazon, Intermarche, Weber, Unilever and Raben.
Dariusz is a graduate of the Cracow University of Technology and holds a postgraduate degree in real estate valuation from the Warsaw University of Technology and a degree in real estate valuation and management from Sheffield Hallam University.
