Petr Pospíšil was appointed to the position of director of the PSN branch in Brno. For over 17 years, he worked in leading positions in the field of real estate sales, for example in the companies Trikaya and Trigema. He will be in charge of expanding PSN’s portfolio in South Moravia and also preparing the brownfield revitalization of the Innogy complex in Brno for a multifunctional project.
In the near future, PSN wants to focus more on its activities in the South Moravian Region. Therefore, it significantly strengthened its regional team. “Thanks to extensive and well-thought-out investments, we have been growing significantly in recent years. For most of our projects, we are not bound by loans from banks, therefore the financing of the purchase does not depend on interest rates, and decisions on new acquisitions are very quick due to the Czech owners,” explains PSN CEO Max Skala and adds: “We would now like to focus our attention on Prague, Pardubice and Hradec Králové to turn to Brno and the whole of South Moravia, where we have a great desire to buy real estate. Our ambitious plans should be realized by Petr, who in his capacity as regional director will make great use of his extensive experience in the preparation and sale of housing projects.”
Petr Pospíšil (43) says about his new position: “I perceive PSN as a renowned company with a 30-year history, built on a team of experienced experts. I am therefore very happy that I can now shape its further direction in South Moravia. The period we are entering will create attractive opportunities for strong and stable entities, of which PSN is certainly one. I would like to focus on new acquisitions and thus enrich our portfolio with interesting projects, including rental and apartment buildings.”
The new director will also be in charge of managing Brno’s currently largest PSN project, the existing Innogy site with an area of approx. 45,000 sqm, and its preparation for subsequent revitalization. This brownfield will gradually be transformed in several stages into a residential area with apartments and commercial spaces for shops and services. The goal of the developer is the revitalization of the Cejlu location, where he also wants to take into account the city’s vision. “Especially for large territorial units, we will of course take into account the urban concept and we want to help with the implementation of the planned development. Establishing close cooperation with the city, local government and associated companies will therefore also be key,” explains Petr Pospíšil.
After studying at Masaryk University, he worked in business and marketing at ORCO Property Group and Trikaya Czech Republic, focusing on the Brno market. He gained the most experience with the preparation and implementation of large projects in the Trigema group, where he worked as a sales director for 7 years and was responsible for the sale of almost 1,200 apartments. He speaks English. His hobbies include family, sports, culture and travel.
