The real estate consulting company Cushman & Wakefield Echinox promotes Bogdan Marcu and Dana Radoveneanu to the positions of Partner Capital Markets and Head of Retail Agency.
Bogdan Marcu has been working at Cushman & Wakefield Echinox since 2008, and from 2014 he took over the management of the retail department, a role in which he offered consulting services to developers and owners of retail spaces in Bucharest and in the country and supported tenants in the processes of expansion.
Throughout his career, Bogdan Marcu has worked with owners such as Prime Kapital, NEPI Rockcastle, One United, REWE Group, S Immo or Raiffeisen Evolution, also contributing to the expansion of retailers such as Inditex, H&M, Mc Donalds, New Yorker, Decathlon or Leroy Merlin.
Dana Radoveneanu joined the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox team in 2017. Her experience is related to the coordination of an important number of rental processes for developers such as One United, Prime Kapital, Nova Imobiliare, Forte Partners or Portland Trust, signing transactions with occupiers such as Help Net, Ana Pan, 4F, Teilor, Diverta, Superbet, Ac&Co etc.
