A year and a half after completing the acquisition of 240,000 square meters of plots in Statenice in Central Bohemia, Horizon has announced the start of sales of the Aura residential project. Those interested in housing near Prague 6 can now purchase one of the 79 semi-detached houses or villas from the first phase of the project, which is scheduled to be completed within 2.5 years from the start of construction.
In the first stage, 79 semi-detached houses and villas with an area of 170 to 350 square meters will be built. Each of the villas, which will be built on plots of land with an area of up to 1,500 square meters, also has an extra-large garden, guaranteeing future residents complete privacy. Villas in layouts 5+kk, 5+1 and 6+kk are offered including a parking space. As part of the standards, each house has its own heat pump.
Horizon is cooperating with the original owner of the land, the Manghi Group, on the project. The design of the houses was designed by the international studio Siebert + Talaš, whose architects also applied their vision of smart solutions that improve everyday life in the case of Aura Statenice. Four different types of villas have been designed with the comfort and family life of future residents in mind.
“With the construction of houses, we want to improve the quality of life of the residents of the entire Statenice municipality. We are investing more than CZK 100 million in infrastructure, which we have been working on for the last year. At the same time, we plan to provide 3,000 square meters for retail units and a kindergarten, so that the standard of living in the village will increase and be accessible to future and current residents of Statenica,” says Yishay Furman, CEO of Horizon Group.
The Aura Statenice project is located in the valley of the Únětické brook, which is surrounded by nature, yet only 11 kilometers from the city center. It thus becomes an ideal refuge for those who long for a home in a quiet environment, but still within easy reach of the capital.
