Prime Kapital and its investment partner MAS PLC are planning a residential project with 1,200 apartments in Timisoara, on the banks of the Bega river, on a 5.6-hectare plot of land previously owned by the ELBA company.
“The Elba Residence project offers us the opportunity to capitalize on an important land, by developing a sustainable residential complex, which will bring long-term benefits to future residents, but also to the extended community. Through this project, we will transform a former industrial platform into a new multifunctional hub. The project will ensure, through a network of green areas and pedestrian walkways, the connection between the North Railway Station and the bike lanes and pedestrian walkways already developed by the local authorities on the banks of the Bega River,” said Maggie Kitshoff, Office & Residential Partner in Prime Kapital.
