According to the ZF Real Estate Index created in collaboration with the real estate consulting firm SVN Romania, the average price of old three-room apartments in the Capital fell by EUR 750 or 0.7 percent in September to EUR 108,350, a decrease greater than the EUR 150 recorded in August versus July.
The annual increase reached 6.7 percent in September 2022 compared to September 2021, the price difference reaching EUR 6,800. It is thus the fourth consecutive month in which the rate of growth slows down, and two consecutive months of decreases have not been recorded since 2015. Compared to the previous month, the 13 Septembrie and Dristor areas recorded the highest increases of around EUR 6,000 or 5.8 percent.
