Art-Invest Real Estate was able to win the renowned Stollfuss Verlag as a tenant of the New Kanzlerplatz in Bonn’s federal district. The leading German publishing house in the field of tax law will be renting the 23rd floor of the high-rise building with office space of 745 sqm at the beginning of next year and will offer around 40 employees a modern working environment with a view of the entire city. This means that Neuer Kanzlerplatz, which has a gross floor area of 66,000 sqm and will be completed by the end of 2022, is 99 percent let. Long-term contracts have already been concluded with Postbank, Design Offices as a provider of corporate coworking, the tax consultancy firm JUHN Partner, the IT company CONET and the catering operator Food Affairs.

Stollfuss Verlag, based in Bonn and known for specialist literature in the fields of law, business and taxes, was taken over by the European market leader, the French group Éditions Lefebvre Sarrut, in 2021 and found ideal conditions for the successful further development of the company at Neuer Kanzlerplatz. Due to the open and light-flooded office space on the 23rd floor of the 101.5 meter high landmark, the employees enjoy a representative office with a special atmosphere and a spectacular view. The new city district, which with its ensemble of three pentagonal buildings sets architectural standards far beyond the city limits, is one of the most sought-after business addresses in Bonn as a business location. Only one floor is still available for rent.

“We are glad that we have found a property for our company move that meets our high requirements for future-oriented work in every respect. It is the successful combination of flexible use, advanced technology, beautiful surroundings and an optimal connection to public transport that was decisive for us in our decision in favor of Neuer Kanzlerplatz,” explains Samuel van Oostrom, Managing Director of Stollfuss Verlag, enthusiastically.

“The relocation of the Stollfuss headquarters shows once again that with the New Chancellor’s Square we have created an attraction for companies looking for sustainable buildings with innovative office solutions. We are very pleased about winning the new anchor tenant, who fully shares our vision of the living environments of tomorrow and fits in perfectly with the diverse tenant structure of the modern quarter,” says Arne Hilbert, Managing Director of Art-Invest Real Estate.

Thanks to its publicly accessible square and the varied range of restaurants, the new city district on the former site of the Bonn Center has become an inviting meeting place not only for its users, but also for neighbors and visitors, which is already enlivening the entire government district.
