In Rheda-Wiedenbrück, Logivest has brokered a plot of around 140,000 square meters for Dietz AG in the inter-municipal commercial area Aurea Park. The area is the last available area of this size in the region.
Dietz AG is planning a modern new logistics building with around 65,000 square meters as a single tenant property on the site in Ferdinand-Braun-Strasse. As a logistics real estate consultant, Logivest has been exclusively commissioned to market the new building.
“Due to its location in a purely industrial area and with direct access to the motorway and the Ruhr area, the area is ideally suited as an expansion property for our logistics real estate portfolio,” says Dr. Wolfgang Dietz, CEO of Dietz AG.
