Hidroelectrica wants to move from the current headquarters in Bucharest, located in the Tower Center International office building in the Piata Victoriei area, where it has been present for 9 years, the contract with the current owner expiring on December 17, 2022.
The company wants to rent for 10 years an office space also in the Capital, with an area between 6,900 and 7,500 sqm and 80 parking spaces.
The energy producer now occupies 3,200 sqm in the Tower Center International office building in the portfolio of developer Globalworth. Hidroelectrica has been headquartered in the tower near Piata Victoriei since 2013.
