Dom Development has launched 90 apartments for sale as part of the Malborska project in Krakow, the company said. Completion of construction works is planned for the third quarter of 2023.
As part of the first stage of the housing estate at Malborska, an 11-storey building with 90 apartments will be built. The offer includes one-room and two-room apartments (from 28 sqm to 40 sqm), three-room apartments (from 54 sqm to 67 sqm) and four-room apartments (up to 98 sqm). Flats on the ground floor will have gardens, and those on the floors will have large balconies.
