Proinvest Properties SRL, part of the Proinvest group of companies, has started the construction of the industrial park Proinvest Park Miroslava. The project will be developed on a land area of about 300,000 sqm.
The park includes both storage options and production units, as well as the possibility of hosting commercial and retail activities. The total leasable area is approximately 130,000 sqm and it is the largest project of this kind in the north-east of Romania.
Proinvest Park Miroslava is located in Iasi county, in an area with direct access to the European road E583 and the route announced for the A8 highway.
