Real estate developer One United Properties is in the process of acquiring the Eliade Tower office building from the Greek investment fund Grivalia, according to real estate market sources. The transaction is valued at EUR 10-12 million.
The Eliade Tower building has about 7,000 sqm and is attached to the One Floreasca City complex, developed by One United Properties.
The building will now be added to One United Properties’ office portfolio, which has a total lettable area of over 147,000 sqm and includes One Tower, One Cotroceni Park Office phases 1 and 2, One Victoriei Plaza – recently acquired, plus One North Gate and One Herăstrau Office, for sale.
