The construction group HSF System carries out general construction deliveries for the German development company GARBE Industrial Real Estate in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The industrial buildings have a total area of approximately 56,000 sqm.
The German development company GARBE Industrial Real Estate, which has been operating on the European market for 25 years, is also developing its activities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. On the Czech market, for example, Garbe is implementing Park Chomutov, in Slovakia, he is the developer of the Green Park Piešťany project.
“We are pleased that a leading European developer has chosen our construction group HSF System for the construction of warehouse and industrial buildings in both locations. The construction carried out by us has a total area of 56,000 m2,” explains Jan Vitvar, manager for key customers and member of the board of directors of HSF System.
After completion, Garbe Park Chomutov will offer a total area of about 30,000 m2. The tenant will be the German company Fielmann, which will open a highly automated production and supply center here. Modern industrial premises will be built near the center of Chomutov with excellent transport accessibility and connections to the highway and railway network.
The construction of the first building with an area of 8,000 sqm was recently completed in Green Park Piešťany. At the same time, construction work began on the realization of the second sustainable hall with an area of 18,000 sqm.
“Our own water source, recuperation units for heating, possibly recooling storage areas, or a photovoltaic local source are all solutions applied in this park since the start of its construction in October 2021, when the construction of the first and now fully occupied building began,” adds Tomáš Kosa, CEO of HSF System SK and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of HSF System.
The Piešťany industrial complex is located just 300 meters from the highway exit. The distance to Bratislava is only 80 km, to Žilina 110 km. Easy connection with other markets not only in Central Europe is a great advantage of this location.
“For all projects in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, we try to follow the global trend of building ecological and economically efficient operations. Our buildings will have, among other things, energy-saving solutions, for example photovoltaics, the use of rainwater in the toilets or they will be equipped with heat pumps,” says Martin Stratov, GARBE business development director in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Construction companies HSF System and HSF System SK are in charge of general supplies for GARBE Industrial Real Estate in Chomutov and Piešťany in Slovakia.
