The contract was concluded for five years. LCube is a developer that implements a strategy of building a diversified portfolio, which will include both smaller facilities (approximately 10,000 sqm), medium-sized warehouses (50,000 sqm), and traditional big boxes in logistics parks (over 100,000 sqm).

“When choosing locations for our investments, we try to follow the needs of our partners and potential tenants. The market in Rzeszów may not be the largest in Poland, but we are dealing with high demand there, thanks to which the commercialization of our facilities is proceeding according to plan. We are convinced that the location of our project in Rzeszów, just one kilometer from the international airport in Jesionka, and with a direct connection to the A4 motorway, will enable our tenant to quickly develop his business,” says Michał Stachura, board member, Head of Finance at LCube.
LCube Logistic Park Rzeszów consists of two halls, which will offer tenants about 25,000 sqm modern logistics and office space. The first, smaller hall has already been put into use. In the second stage of the investment, a warehouse with an area of 18,800 sqm is being built. and offices with an area of approximately 1,000 sqm. Both halls offer A class surface with the highest standard of fire resistance, above 4,000 MJ. Energy-efficient LED lighting will be installed inside and outside the buildings, and the facility has been designed in accordance with the BREEAM certification criteria.
“The currently used logistic base was a factor limiting us to some extent, therefore, taking into account the good of our company, its further development and adaptation to changing market conditions, we decided to change the location. The offer of LCube Logistic turned out to be a very beneficial solution – both in terms of the location and infrastructure solutions of the logistics center. We sincerely hope that thanks to this change, Kartony24 will operate even more effectively and quickly respond to changing market trends,” says Gabriela Kasprzyk, board member, Kartony 24.eu.
Lcube was also supported in the negotiations as an advisor by the Legal Hub law firm.
“The negotiations ran very smoothly and the boundary conditions of both sides were determined fairly quickly. We tried to lead to the conclusion of a long-term contract as soon as possible, which secures both the development of Kartony24’s business and the implementation of the investment by Lcube,” says Magdalena Wojnarowska, legal advisor, partner at the Legal Hub law firm, which advised on the conclusion of the lease transaction.
