Atal estimates this year’s sales potential (development and preliminary agreements) of the group at approx. 2,500 units. The potential for handover of approx. 3,500 units, the company announced.
From January to August 2022, the group concluded a total of nearly 1,600 development and preliminary agreements. During this period, it also concluded almost 1,600 reservation agreements.
“This year’s sales should oscillate around 2,500 apartments, which will be a satisfactory result anyway. We are prepared for that. We are not slowing down with our investments, regardless of the pace of sales. to have some unsold flats at the end of the year. Inventories may increase, but we are in such a good condition that it does not pose a threat to us. We are counting on better sales next year and we will conduct it partly from inventories, i.e. apartments from completed projects,” said president Zbigniew Juroszek.
“We are not inhibiting investments, we are running about 40 development projects in the 7 largest agglomerations in Poland and we are introducing further investments in line with our internal schedule. In the first half of the year, we purchased 9 new plots for approximately PLN 269 million. The current situation is favorable for the purchase of attractive plots of land, the prices of which have clearly become real,” added the president.
