P3 Logistic Parks, a long-term investor and developer of high-quality European warehouse facilities, has signed a long-term lease agreement with Blachotrapez. The warehouse of nearly 10,000 sqm in hall 6 at P3 Piotrków park, is the company’s first external warehouse in Poland.
Iwona Sadowska, Interim Head of Leasing P3 Logistic Parks in Poland, said: ”I am delighted we have been able to satisfy the requirements of yet another company which wants to start working with us. I am sure the warehouse in P3 Piotrków park will support the further growth of Blachotrapez. The park’s excellent location in central Poland provides a very good distribution point for national and international destinations. This is why this park is a popular choice for logistics operators and companies engaged in light manufacturing.”
Blachotrapez is one of Poland’s leading producers of roofing and facade coverings. It offers a wide range of roofing accessories, flashings and gutter systems, which it sells in eight European markets. At P3 Piotrków park, the company will occupy 9,530 sqm of warehouse space and 464 sqm of office space, using the facility to store and stock goods, as well as for light manufacturing processes such as the production of photovoltaic elements.
Grzegorz Wróbel, Managing Director at Blachotrapez: “Given the dynamic development of our company and a significant increase in the number of handled orders, we have decided to lease an external warehouse. We have chosen P3 because of the excellent location of P3 Piotrków park, which is situated close to key national roads. We are one of the leading manufacturers in Poland, so the location of the warehouse which enables rapid distribution of goods to other parts of the country, is crucial for us.”
P3 Piotrków park is located near the city of Piotrków Trybunalski, close to important transport routes, at the intersection of the A1 motorway and the E75 and E67 national roads. The park comprises seven buildings with a total area of 268,000 sqm. Companies which lease their warehouses at this prime site include Kuehne+Nagel, FM Logistic, JYSK, InPost, and ID Logistics.
