Until recently, apartment finishing packages were considered premium services. Currently, they are more and more often chosen by future residents of medium-standard investments. The constantly growing prices of materials and the availability of qualified repair teams mean that the number of people who prefer to arrange their dream apartment with the support of a reliable partner – a company offering finishing packages is rapidly growing. By taking advantage of the comprehensive offer, customers gain time, a guarantee of the work performed, they save money, but most of all they can be sure that everything will go according to plan.
The last few months have been a real race against time, both for developers and new owners of premises. The rising prices of building and finishing materials keep the sleeps awake, especially for those tenants who have decided to arrange their apartment on their own. Often, these people are forced to make far-reaching compromises and decide on a completely different model or color of the door, selected tiles or batteries. There are situations where it is possible to order a wooden table top or door in the color of your choice, but with delivery only in a few months. It is true that after the pandemic, foreign factories are re-producing at full speed, however, there was a problem with the lack of availability of free containers for transporting the assortment. Inflation is also doing its job, and the pressure to raise wages is getting stronger. As a result, you have to pay more and more for the work of qualified finishing teams, and in some cases the prices of services, e.g. for laying a floor, have almost doubled. In this situation, more and more people decide to choose finishing packages that ensure punctuality, a fixed price, the highest quality of services and, moreover, their price does not differ much from individual subcontractors. It is primarily related to convenience, because we comprehensively receive a design, assistance from an architect, designer and construction supervision.
At the same time, we gain a transparent composition and the possibility of professional advice. Another issue is the quality of the materials used and their delivery. When doing it on our own, we must take into account delays, inadequate colors and sometimes worse quality. In addition, we waste time searching for materials on our own, delivering them to the team, supervising specialists and monitoring the quality and deadline of the order.

On one of the portals for the valuation of building materials and labor costs, we checked the amount to have in order to trust the finishing team selected by ourselves. Assuming that we have a 45 sq m apartment, the scenario of its preparation for living costs us PLN 55,100, i.e. approximately PLN 1,224 per square meter. This includes – apart from the costs of materials and labor – also logistics (commuting, transport, shopping) and the time spent. When finishing the same apartment, however, you can opt for the Venis Gallery MIDI package, which includes a three-hour meeting with an architect devoted to discussing the project, six ready-made sets of materials in various styles and a bathroom visualization. The total cost of these activities, including materials, will amount to PLN 62,550. This is slightly more than PLN 7,450 than the bill issued by individual subcontractors, but the cost of the so-called “Peace of mind”, time gain, quality guarantee, deadline and price is only about 13%. The difference is therefore small, and adding to it safety, professionalism, experience, time saving and high quality of products, it is worth considering choosing a professional, competent and experienced company.
