Buildings with a total area of 78 thousand square meters sqm are already 80% leased. A special feature of this place is the impressive amount of greenery – 200 new trees and the same number of shrubs, planted on the public patio, in the city garden and on green terraces offering a unique view of the city skyline.
First tenants are already operating in Forest, and more are being moved. In addition to Servier Polska, the list of companies that have or will soon open their offices here includes: Bank Pekao, Leroy Merlin, Nielsen Media Services, Infor, PUMA, AmeriGas, Sweco, Husqvarna and Vorwerk. Service premises in Forest were also leased by: Enel-Med medical center, kindergarten, bakery, furniture store and outdoor clothing and equipment store.
The project by HRA Architekci, implemented in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, can boast the award of the Polish Ecological Building Association. It also has BREEAM and WELL certificates. In the buildings at Burakowska Street, numerous solutions have been applied to support the reduction of the carbon footprint, including an energy-saving facade and a rainwater reuse system.
