Thanks to Real Management, Warsaw will gain a new estate of single-family villas with accompanying infrastructure, which will be built on a 36.5 hectare property at ul. Korboński in Warsaw. Road construction works began in August.
The work of the road company Mabau began in August this year. and were divided into two stages. The first one covers the preparation of the ground for public and internal roads, as well as the replacement of the ground for house structures. The process has already started and the expected completion date is scheduled for the first quarter of 2023. The second stage is the execution of the target surface of all public and internal roads together with lighting and telecommunication sewage system. Works are scheduled to end in the third quarter of 2024.
Neo Natolin will be a one-of-a-kind estate of single-family houses in Warsaw, which will provide residents with a high quality of life with convenient access to the city center. Each house will have its own plot of land at its disposal, ranging in size from 750 sqm to even 1000 sqm and 70% of the biologically active area. In the first stage of construction of the estate, houses with a usable area of 185 sqm and 220 sqm were designed. The commencement of construction works related to the foundation of the house structures is planned for the first quarter of 2023.
The estate, which was designed by the renowned architectural studio APA Wojciechowski, will stand out with its elegant, modern architecture, solutions ensuring the privacy of neighboring families and numerous amenities. The land development plan includes relaxation zones, spaces for spending time together, playgrounds for children, alleys, ponds and nooks with small architecture. In the next stages of the investment implementation, Real Management S.A. also plans to build multi-family buildings, schools, parks and cultural institutions.
The investment in Natolin is the third project in the single-family housing category in the company’s portfolio. Real Management has already completed the Rezydencje Chojnów project, which includes 30 houses, and Rezydencje Pałacowa, which includes 48 luxury buildings.
