In the first six months of this year, the local hotel market recorded only three transactions, with hotels in Bucharest, Cluj and Oradea, according to data from Cushman & Wakefield Echinox. Hotel Onix from Cluj-Napoca, DoubleTree from Oradea and Golden Tulip from Bucharest were the subject of transactions in the first semester of this year.
In the first semester of this year, transactions in the hotel field represented 6 percent of the total of transacted properties, according to C&W Echinox data.
Since the beginning of the year, at the level of the local market, the value of transactions with real estate assets has totaled EUR 600 million, of which EUR 315 million represents the volume traded in the first quarter.
