Real estate investor Eden Capital Development launches the second phase of the Cortina North project, located in Pipera. The second phase of Cortina North includes a number of almost 1,000 apartments, with the first homes in the project to be delivered in the second half of 2023. Cortina North is located on Pipera Boulevard and will have 1,500 studio apartments upon completion, with 2 and 3 rooms.
Eden Capital Development has full Romanian capital and has been present on the Bucharest residential market since 2009. The company has in its portfolio, under the Cortina brand, five complexes already built or under development – Cortina Residence, Cortina Academy, Cortina North, Cortina Forest and Cortina 126.
