Marvipol Głębocka – a subsidiary of Marvipol Development – concluded a contract with Techbau Budownictwo for the general contracting of two stages of the Gardenia Lagom investment in Warsaw, for a lump sum of PLN 49.23 million net and PLN 39.2 million net, respectively, according to Marvipol.
The subject of the contract is the comprehensive implementation by the general contractor of two stages of the investment, consisting in the construction of multi-family residential buildings with services, garages and the necessary infrastructure on the property owned by the contracting authority, located in Warsaw in the area of Głębocka Street. 160 apartments will be left on September 1, 2022, completion is scheduled after 20.5 months. The commencement of the second stage of the investment (126 apartments, 1 commercial unit) was dependent on the ordering party’s decision, which the contracting authority may take on time to maintain the contractual remuneration 9 months from signing the contract, it was announced.
