JHM Development from the Mirbud Group sold 63 apartments and single-family houses in the first half of 2022 by notarial deeds of ownership transfer, the company said. Mirbud expects that they will be put into use in Q4 and the ownership of approx. 410 units will be transferred.
“Despite the decrease in sales revenues in the development segment by 53%, and the net result by 44% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, we are optimistic about 2022, because this decrease is mainly due to the schedule of ongoing development investments. In the first half of the year, no new investment was completed. , and the sale of finished apartments was carried out in projects implemented in previous years. From January to June this year, JHM Development sold 63 apartments and houses, while in the fourth quarter of 2022 it plans to put into use and start transferring ownership of over 400 apartments located in in Bydgoszcz, Gdańsk and Zakopane,” wrote President Jerzy Mirgos in the commentary to the results for the first half of the year.
In the management board’s report, we read that “in the fourth quarter of 2022, they will be put into use and the ownership of approx. 410 apartments located in Bydgoszcz, Gdańsk and Zakopane will be transferred.”
The company’s offer includes 1,326 apartments in multi-family housing with a total usable floor space of 65,000 sqm of usable space in 7 projects that are currently under construction. Development agreements or preliminary agreements have been signed for 365 units under construction. As at June 30, 2022, the company has 50 finished apartments for sale – 33 apartments in multi-family buildings and 17 single-family houses. At the end of June this year. the company had 496 active development contracts, it was also announced.
Mirbud acts primarily as a general contractor or general contractor in all segments of the construction industry. Since 2008, the company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In 2021, it had PLN 2,506 million of consolidated revenues.
