Matěj Vyskočil (42) was appointed to the newly established position of Chief Operations Officer at Zeitraum, in which he will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the company and effective management of the domestic and foreign portfolio. This currently includes four private campuses for student accommodation, in which it offers modernly furnished rooms for rent and a wide range of additional services in the metropolis. Another part of the portfolio is also two houses for short- to medium-term accommodation and rents in serviced apartments right next to Wenceslas Square. Specifically, it is Franz by Zeitraum in Opletalova street and Karl by Zeitraum in Krakovská street. In Poland, it is also the campus in Krakow and the newly emerging campus in Warsaw, opening in the first quarter of 2023.

Matěj Vyskočil was an ideal candidate with his many years of managerial experience in the field of hotels and tourism, and I believe that his rich experience and leadership skills will be of great benefit to our domestic team,” comments Zdena Noack, CEO of Zeitraum.
Matěj Vyskočil studied corporate finance at the University of Finance and Administration in Prague, where he also received an engineering degree. He started working in the hotel industry and accommodation services during his studies and very soon worked his way up to senior management. For the last almost five years, he held the position of director at the OREA Hotel Pyramida in Prague 6 – Břevnov. For three years he held the position of hotel manager at the Augustine Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Prague. He also gained experience as a specialist in the hotel portfolio of CEFC Group Europe, where he was the senior manager of Le Palais Art Hotel in Prague’s Vinohrady.
Matěj Vyskočil speaks fluent English and also German. In his free time, he spends his time with his family and traveling, but his hobbies include cycling and modern art.
