• Arena Synchron GmbH leases 885 square meters for 15 years
• The property at Fredericiastrasse 17-19/Soorstrasse 61-62 is fully let
HIH Real Estate has found a new tenant for the office building at Fredericiastrasse 17-19/Soorstrasse 61-62 in Berlin’s Westend. Arena Synchron GmbH moves into 885 square meters on the third floor, which it intends to use as an office and recording studio. The Berlin production company synchronizes films and series for ProSiebenSat1, Sky, Amazon Prime, Paramount, Warner and Disney, among others. The rental agreement was concluded for 15 years.
The building ensemble from 1918 with a total area of 4,336 square meters is now fully let. Other tenants are Deutsche Postbank AG, DHL and MEINZER Steuerberatung. The historic office building belongs to a real estate individual fund managed by HIH Invest. The exhibition center, the Theodor-Heuss-Platz with its local transport facilities and the Lietzensee recreation area are in the vicinity of the property.
Claire Maas, leasing manager in the Berlin office of HIH Real Estate, comments: “The exposed roof structure, the high ceilings and the spaciousness make the premises look like a cathedral. We are very pleased to have found an equally special tenant for these special areas. The traditional Berlin media company Arena Synchron finds ideal conditions for the recording studio here.”
