Develia has started handing over to buyers apartments built as part of the second stage of the Ceglana Park estate, which is being built in Brynów Katowice, the company said. In the second stage, a total of 178 apartments were built in two 3-story buildings.
The current sales offer includes over 150 apartments under construction in subsequent phases. The construction works of the third stage will be completed later this year, and the expected completion date of the fourth stage is in the second quarter of 2024, the company announced.
