The Belgian logistics space developer WDP took over the Arad Business Park industrial park, with a total area of approximately 42,000 sqm.
Located in the north-central part of the city of Arad, the Arad Business Park project currently has an occupancy rate of approximately 90 percent.
“The purchase of Arad Business Park by WDP represents both an investment in urban logistics and an investment in a strategic location in an important industrial core, on the border with Hungary and connected to the west via the A1 highway”, says Robert Miklo, director, Investment Services at Colliers Romania & CEE.
