Prime Kapital has completed the reception process for the first 4 out of a total of 5 apartment buildings of Marmura Residence in the northern area of Bucharest, developed following an investment of EUR 47.8 million.
Marmura Residence is spread over an area of 15,000 sqm and comprises 458 spacious apartments and six office spaces. The reception for the last building in the residential complex, which is in the final phase of construction, is scheduled for the third quarter of this year.
The project includes green spaces and generous terraces, 1,700 sqm of retail spaces, services and an exclusive recreation area for residents.
