Qualis Properties completes the Modulis logistics park in Brasov, following an investment of EUR 15 million. The pre-lease percentage of the project is already 50 percent.
Modulis represents a mix of storage and office spaces. The first phase of the project is set up on a plot of approximately 50,000 sqm, with a leasable surface of 20,000 sqm structured in 10 halls. The project will continue with phase II, which will consist of 11 halls with a total built area of 22,000 sqm.
Among the tenants are Aquila – one of the main providers of integrated distribution and logistics services, Auto Total, Elit Romania and Red Service – companies in the automotive field and Global Hub – a company in the top of distributors in Romania.
