The number of Romanian properties sold in July increased

In July, 57,310 properties were sold throughout the country, 4,364 more than in June, according to the National Agency for Land Registry and Real Estate Advertising. The number of houses, land and apartments that were the subject of transactions in July is 2,016 less than in the same period of 2021.

The most real estate sales were recorded in July in Bucharest – 11,370 and in the counties of Ilfov – 3,417 and Cluj – 2,923. The counties with the fewest properties sold in the same period are Olt – 283, Călărași – 288 and Covasna – 295.

The number of mortgages nationally in July was 23,656, down 3,981 from July 2021.
