The company Urban Invest started in the spring of 2019 the work at the Urban Plaza residential complex of 1900 apartments provided with several stages of development, including a hotel component. So far, 780 homes have been delivered and the level of sales has reached 1.500 units.
The hotel will have 161 rooms, and will be operated under the Marriott brand. Next to the hotel there is an office building and a 20-storey building, the tallest residential building in the city. The three buildings would be connected on the first two levels, where a shopping and service center will be set up on the ground floor, while on the first floor there will be a conference room with a capacity of 450 seats, an Olympic-size swimming pool. and a children’s playground. Also, the people from Fratteli will manage the food court on the ground floor of the building, where there will be cafes and banking centers.
The total investment, supported by a bank loan, is currently estimated at EUR 120 million. The works will be completed in 2026.
