Speedwell launches sales for the third and last phase of TRIAMA Residence, a residential compound development in Bucharest. This comes as a natural step after obtaining a building permit and selling available units of the first two phases of the project.
TRIAMA Residence developed by SPEEDWELL in the eastern part of Bucharest, consists of three separate buildings and a total of 202 apartments.
The new stock of apartments includes high-quality, yet affordable 2 and 3-rooms units, with efficient layouts, spacious terraces and a 2.75 free height. The last phase of the project will offer a total of 67 apartments, underground parking spaces and a children playground available for all the TRIAMA residents.

Phase 1 of the project has been sold out and homeowners have moved in, in the first half of 2021, while the stock of apartments in Phase 2 is almost completely sold and the construction works are on going at an advanced stage.
