LS Logistics, a company offering comprehensive logistics services, operating in Poland and on the European market, extended the existing one and signed another contract for an additional area of over 2,700 sqm at SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn. Thus, the company already occupies almost 17 600 sqm in the park, which is related to the expansion of LS Logistics in the renewable energy and e-commerce sectors.
SEGRO’s cooperation with LS Logistics has been going on for 5 years. The domain of LS Logistics is warehouse services, which include: storage and completion of goods, reloading and combining shipments from different places to one recipient, along with a wide range of value added services (VAS). The main office and warehouse space of LS Logistics in Poland is located in SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn.
“We sign more and more contracts with companies from the renewable energy sector, so we need more warehouse space. We are also developing cooperation with another online store – the development of e-commerce is an increasingly important source of income for us. If a similar dynamics continues, we will consider the lease of more sqm,” comments Rafał Górski, President of the Management Board of LS Logistics.
The warehouses of LS Logistics in Nadarzyn are modern logistics facilities with office facilities and a training center. The main warehouse with a total area of 17 600 sqm houses 18,000 pallet places and almost 3,900 sqm of shelf space intended for storage and completion of a smaller assortment. The area is equipped with 21 loading ramps and 3 drive-in gates. The warehouse is insulated and heated, with a dust-free floor, full anti-burglary and fire protection. The access control system, monitoring and 24/7 security ensure a high level of security for the entrusted goods.
