13 July 2022

Trei Real Estate Poland has obtained formal confirmation of the completion of the development construction as part of the first phase of the construction of the Kraft estate in Łódź at ul. Traktorowa. The sale of apartments from this stage of the investment ended in March, and the process of handing over the keys to the owners of the premises is currently underway. At the same time, Trei is building the second part of the project in Łódź and is planning further projects here.

As part of the first stage of the Kraft investment in Łódź, the Trei company built 104 apartments with areas ranging from 25 to 87 sqm located in two buildings – four and six storeys. This is the developer’s first project on the Łódź market. Flats from the second phase of the investment are under construction, they are being sold. The interest is high, there are only 10 units left for sale.

“The inhabitants of Łódź appreciate this location very much. They are looking for a place to live near green areas, and our Kraft estate is located in the vicinity of three parks and just 15 minutes by car from the city center. The success of the Kraft residential complex also lies in the simple, minimalist architectural design and low-rise buildings. We have created an intimate place with access to many amenities, such as commercial and service points as well as medical and educational facilities. Apartments, both studios and larger ones, have a balcony or terrace, while the premises located on the ground floor are equipped with gardens up to 100 sqm surface. The Kraft estate is very popular among buyers from Łódź and its vicinity,” admits Jacek Wesołowski, managing director of Trei Real Estate Poland.

Kraft is a housing estate that is friendly to families with children as well as enterprising couples and singles. It is designed to create a peaceful, green enclave close to the center of a large city. The architecture and finishing of the apartments are characterized by simplicity and minimalism. The estate has been designed in elegant, subdued colors, dominated by white and anthracite. There is an electric vehicle charging station on the premises of the complex. There is also an option of partial irrigation of the estate’s greenery from retained rainwater.

Kraft is one of Trei’s first investments undertaken as part of the diversification of the portfolio of this developer, which initially focused its activities mainly in the retail sector, expanding the network of Vendo Park facilities. Currently, the second phase of the Trei investment in Łódź is underway, the general contractor of which is Spec Bau Polska. The developer plans to complete the construction of this stage this year. 87 new apartments and 88 parking spaces in the underground car park are waiting for the residents of Łódź and its vicinity. In addition, there are above-ground parking spaces, and around the five-story building there is a space for relaxation for residents and playgrounds for children. The Kraft housing estate implemented in two stages turned out to be a success.

“In addition to the Kraft investment in Łódź, we are also implementing a housing estate in Wrocław at ul. Bacciarellego 54. In addition, we have just started our first PRS project in Poland, located in Poznań, and we are preparing further investments in the residential sector, including in Warsaw, among others. Łódź also remains in the circle of our strategic locations. It is a stable market with potential, which is why we are considering new projects within the city,” sums up Jacek Wesołowski, Trei Real Estate Poland.
