Logivest brokers 7,000 sqm of logistics space to Bezold GmbH

In Ebermannsdorf in the district of Amberg-Sulzbach, Logivest has brokered a logistics property with around 7,000 square meters of storage and office space to Bezold GmbH Logistik & Transport.

The logistics service provider is expanding its capacities for an international company from the region and was looking for additional space. The property on Jubatus-Allee in Ebermannsdorf impresses above all with its ideal location directly on the A6 motorway and the B85 federal road as well as the modern facilities.

The logistics hall built in 2002 in the Schafhof II industrial area has six ramp doors with dock levellers, a high floor load capacity and a ceiling height of 9.50 metres. The visual highlight is the continuous concrete façade with a slate look, which stands freely in front of the building shell as a rear-ventilated construction. On the other hand, a glass facade made of profiled glass with a thermal insulation composite system ensures sufficient brightness without heating up the building unnecessarily.

“This property impressively shows that design and functionality are not mutually exclusive. In the logistics sector in particular, much more value should be placed on architecture, as this can also significantly improve acceptance among the population and ultimately also make it easier to designate areas,” says Stefan Moor, Head of Industrial & Logistics Letting at Logivest in Nuremberg.

As the owner of the property, Nowy Styl GmbH had given Logivest the sole contract for the rental. Bezold GmbH Logistik & Transport is scheduled to move into the space in July 2022.
